This is my icon. It is a ligature based on my initials NZ that can be both an “N” or a “Z” depending on your angle of observation.
It made for a neat icon and remained almost the same in the last 20 years. The only change that has occurred which is more recent is the rounding of the corners.
If you pop over to my website where it is used as the identifying mark and hover your cursor over it, it will rotate to kind of display the effect. Unfortunately the effect does not work on a mobile phone or table have they don’t have a hover state. I think.
